My black passport arrived several days ago from Amazon. Having used only "small" devices in the past (7105t -> Pearl 8100 -> Curve 8300 -> Bold 9000 -> Bold 9700 -> Bold 9900 -> Q10) I really thought the size of the passport would be a problem. In fact some time ago I had decided even the Classic was too big. But, I decided to make a change, am really enjoying the passport and will be keeping it and selling the Q10.

You may need to buy the spigen magnetic clip to keep the cover fully close as well

I filed an FIR and have requested the police to help me find it.
If anyone knows of any way to track it or something, please let me know.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Congrats to all that have got one today, I was tempted to buy one from Selfridges here in London UK but the price was a bit too much as I know now that certain online retailers are selling it for about 485 uk pounds...40 pounds cheaper than Selfridges.

Absolutely loved the phone, the people who got one won't be disappointed.

I got mine today and im loving it. I came from OS6 so this is certainley more stable and much quicker. The browser is lightning fast. Only thing I wish it had and thought it had was double tap to wake

You try using BlackBerry protect? That usually helps, if it was setup that is.
If not you're pretty much SOL. Goodluck. Hope you find it.

Yeah, tried Blackberry Protect, but no luck so far.
I guess it'll help only when the 'finder' puts in another sim card and starts using it.

Yesterday I went to the biggest carrier in my country and what a surprise! BlackBerry showroom and exhibition phones were taken off. So I asked one friend of mine who works for BlackBerry and He said that was temporary, but they will no longer focused on people and devices....

You can transfer music using BlackBerry Link. It can read the files from your iTunes.

As far as finding a carrier for the Passport...I think AT&T is the only US carrier that has announced that it will carry the Passport. However, as to when it will actually be released is still a bit up in the air.

Upgraded my Z10 to a Passport today, at Vodacom Gateway, Durban. Good to hear from the folks in the store that Passports are moving out very well. Use Link to transfer all my settings etc from the Z10 to the Passport, and was very impressed with the ease of doing so. Thoroughly enjoying the Passport!!!!

I got my Blackberry Passport before the holidays.



I'm coming from a Blackberry Q10 as my "keyboard" phone so this new Passport keyboard is taking me some time to get used to.

For the time being, I'm using it like a mini-tablet since I still need to get a nanoSIM as well as a protective case so I'm still using my Blackberry Q10 for the time being as my "keyboard" phone.

I finally gave in and got a Passport. It came in the mail yesterday from Amazon. Just waiting on a black carbon fiber skin for the back and a tempered glass screen protector.

I got my Passport! Had it for two weeks and cannot stop playing with it.




I used my old Q10 to take that photo and upload it. I still love my Q10, but I won't be giving up the Passport!
