Did a search for calc. Opened calculator and screen started flicker. Closed calculator and reopened. No flickering. Interesting. I didn't believe it till I saw it.

Does everybody that has the flickering issue also have the sound issue or can it be one without the other?

Flickering video! AT&T Passport out of the box!

Filmed on a Q10. Not sure why the battery jumped from 18% to 16% in a split second at the end...

I think I found one solution / workaround.

My passport had been flickering badly after OTA. I tried rebooting several times, but problem was still there.

Today, the phone shut itself off in my pocket, I guess the power button got long-pressed. After booting from the complete shut-down, the flickering problem goes away! My passport is running OK now!

So, just try to completely shut down your phone, maybe more than once, and see if the phone can fix itself.

EDIT: I just remember I did get some apps updated from BlackBerry world, including BBM, Facebook and some other apps. I don't know if this is needed to fix the flickering.

Yes, I have exactly the same! Earlier, before the 10.3.1.1565 everything was just fine. Now, camera goes green-flickering, facebook, phone app... mostly native apps. In addition, all in all the device became slower ..!
Wondering if this will get a solution soon...

I also have been experiencing the flickering. It happens in most of the main system apps especially the camera. For those wondering I own a Passport.

No, that shouldn't be happening. This is a 10.3.1 bug

Had extreme flickering in the CB10 app and settings and also the browser, but it just settled down and stopped a couple of days ago. No flickering for 2 days now. Fingers crossed lol.

It seems I have solved passports flickering problem!!!!

I upgraded from Passport Official OS into the updated version 2243 OTA but that does not solve the flickering, so I downloaded a debrick of the Official OS 2243 and auto loaded it again it did not solve the problem, then I downloaded the Core OS of 2267 with 2268 Radio and installed it through Sachesi non-destructive. Bingo for the last two days I had no flickering.
    This are the steps:
1- Install 10.3.1.2243 (or any other OS)
2- Install all your programs you want to use.
    3- Reboot
4- Re-Install the Core System of 2267 and 2268 Radio using Sachesi
5- You might see some Flickering but do not worry. Reboot
    Thats it.

Ditto. It's been a week since I loaded 2267os/2244radio and don't have any flickering issue.

After I hit, software update from 2267 (radio actually) I get this flickering issue back on my device and it worst than before. Might do another reload, this time from BlackBerry server.

I spoke too soon... I experienced the flicker tonight after taking a picture and clicking on the picture right there in the camera app, you know when the most recent photo is right in the bottom left corner?

My screen flickered on and off really fast, and then like an earthquake here in California, it was over and I have no idea when it will happen again!
