For certain timing, I always put my BlackBerry Passport into 'Silent' mode. But, if I receive or make a phone calls , it will turn into 'Normal' mode. Same goes if it's in 'Vibrate' mode, will go into 'Normal' mode.

    Something wrong with updated OS?

I have noticed something very similar happening with my unlocked Passport. If I put it in vibrate mode and then place it into its pouch (with sleep magnet), upon removal, it's back to normal mode. I am currently on OS version 10.3.2.2639 (software release 10.3.2.2472). It also happened with the previous official OS. Anyone else experience this? Most annoying.....

I think that one u will need to go for handheld setting for pouch usage. It happened to me before with Blackberry Bold 4. As long u set the desire setting should be ok. My Passport now, without any pouch, bare naked lol..
