    You right. I also use my finger to point and angle to focus on. The camera refocuse on the object and that is how I make every picture.

    For me it was all about night time shots. Daytime, daylight and well lit situations the images were crystal clear and sharp. I never had a problem with auto focus. Not sure what that's all about. Sometimes I felt the shots were too blue or too green. But generally I took some spectacular shots. Excellent color. Didnt mater 1:1 , 4:3 or otherwise. I suppose you're bound to have some great pictures when you shoot 1000 photos on a trip . Law of large numbers......

    Edit: I took similar night time shots with Z30, Galaxy S4 and iphone 6 - all with similar results. Lights look like blobs of white or red or blue or whatever color . Neon signs are washed out. Any light (be it a sign, fixture, lamp, even candle light) lacks any kind of detail. It was this for which I started the thread as OP. Seems to be common. Even in the sample shots fellow Crackberry readers have submitted.
