I have the latest official os installed and everything. I checked all my settings for notifications. Everything is on the way it should be but yet when I receive a message, nothing appears on my Lockscreen.

    Please help. Thanks

Have you recently had to find your phone using BlackBerry protect?

It's funny you say that because I did use blackberry protect recently just to make sure that it worked. Is there a correlation between the two?

Sorry, i'm just getting back to CB. Look in the thread below at post #19. I'm pretty sure you'll get your notifications back. It's some kind of bug.
