    I know it hurts so maybe play with it for a few days to get out the pent up frustration but definitely get that replaced. It's not fair to you to have a defective product. Maybe call the Passport support number and talk directly to BlackBerry. Maybe with the botched sales from Digital River they'd be willing to work out sending you a new one first in lieu of you sending back the defective one. Worth a shot.

    I spoke with them and I will get a device and box for shipping back other device. Just trying to figure out and make sure it'd be new one. Don't see how I could accept a "used" one.
