Every time I do a reset to my beloved passport the blackberry protection feature turns on although I keep it off. Is this normal?

May I ask why you do not want to use Blackberry protect? If you lose your phone you will never be able to track it, wipe it, or password protect it.

If you really do want to turn it off, go online and remove the device from Blackberry protect. Then turn off Blackberry protect on your device.

Just write it down somewhere if you're so worried about it. You are giving up a lot of functionality because of your concern.

    Let me ask something else:

Many times (6 out of 10, even more), when I swipe on the left in order to leave the hub and return to the home screen, I indeed reach the home screen, but after a couple of seconds the phone itself returns back to the hub.

Is it something like a bug? Or do I have to go to the settings and change something?

    Thank you very much indeed.

    I had the same concern.
It's now a feature built in to BlackBerry phones. On by default when you restart your phone.

Most of the times, yes, I do some action. But in my sense, it is not related with the actions done.
The problem appears regardless if I swipe on the left or up

Try just swipe without any action done. Is the result the same?

I just tried it WITHOUT any action done before. Just scroll up and down either by touching the screen or the touch enabled keyboard.... and...WO, NO PROBLEM. I tried that several times, 6 or 8

Then, I tried it again after I had deleted some notifications and the "problem" appeared again.

What is happening ? Thank you anyway !!!
