Are you near a plasma TV? Any touchscreen device goes haywire next to a plasma.

I have a 60" plasma TV, every touchscreen device I own goes absolutely haywire when sitting next to it. My Passport, Z10, PB, iphone5, nexus tablet, everything that's touchscreen goes haywire next to my plasma(randomly selecting things, apps opening on their own, screen scrolls up and down, etc, etc.).

It's a well known issue, look it up.

    Wow. That's pretty random.

What kind of TV is it?

    Samsung

Certainly a well known brand, and that's the only issue I have with my plasma. So I just keep my touchscreen devices away from it(more then 3 feet).

Probably because there's an electromagnetic field near you somewhere, like a electric accident, a plasma tv, high voltages line and other thing. Can you check other touchscreen devices? If they have the same issue then it's not your PP fault

How about using your device outside of your house? In the streets? Because if it works outside, there may be something there in your house that interferes but you just have not identified it.. just a guess.

You should get a replacement. It shouldn't be doing that. One possibility is moisture, but I doubt it...
