    OK, message preview (pop up) works on everything except BBM on my Passport SE. Message preview IS set ON for BBM and in general, yet when a new BBM comes in, I don't see the Pop up messgae as with email, text, WhatsApp, etc. Anyone know a fix or having this issue also?

    Hard reset by holding the up and down volume button together, might solve your problem

    In BBM pull down settings from the top. There is a setting to : Apply Profile Settings for Instant Previews. You can also customize instant previews for each contact if want.
