Hey does anyone knows how to show the arrow direction on blackberry maps?

Hi Mr. Kalemi,
By "direction arrow" I assume you mean like a compass arrow so you know which way is North.
As far as I know, BlackBerry Maps is always oriented with north at the top of the map. The map cannot be rotated to have north in another orientation.
For that reason, I guess they have not included a compass arrow since it would always be pointing up.
In navigation mode I have an arrow.

When I search a place it shows me the way but not where am I orientated. I tried to rotate 180 degree and the maps shows the same so I need to walk a little to find the orientation.

True... but based in his original post, he doesn't have a compass arrow and that is the way it works in the basic map view, unlike nav mode as you've pointed out.

What I do in that situation is zoom the map out enough so my location (the blue dot) and my destination (the purple pin) are both visible.
If you then tap on the white triangle inside the black box, it will give driving directions... once you tap on "Start", it will go into nav mode and (as pointed out by AsVertus above), it does indeed give you an arrow to tell you which way to go... but this isn't a compass arrow. It is telling you which way to travel on the street that you're currently on. I find it to be very useful. But to use it, you need to know which way you're facing relative to the map itself.
I check this way before but I thought maybe there was any way to show the arrow.thanks anyway.
