I looking for some advice from the Passport community, currently a Z10 user who's phone needs to be exchanged again. I would prefer a physical keyboard something with a larger screen than the classic which leaves me with the Passport. First question is it pant pocket friendly or just to big for a pair of jeans, other annoying issues that people have come across while using the Passport anything I should be aware of when purchasing one tks

I went from a z10 to passport. It fits all my Jean pockets fine (I don't wear none of those skinny jeans)

What is that?! That my friend is my BlackBerry Passport.

Hi Steve. I went from a Z10 to Q10 to Z30 to the Passport. Of them, the Q10 fit best in my pockets, but the Passport has been better than the Z30 (which surprised me, I'll admit. )

The Passport may be wide, but it's quite short, so it's more pocketable than a lot of people let on.

It's great, you'll be happy with it. For me, the keyboard took about a week to get used to.

I went from a z10 to a passport as well. It takes a few days to get used to the keyboard (especially coming form a full touch), but once you're in you wonder why you didn't get the passport earlier.
No issues with the pants at all!

Yes it's pants friendly. The form factor may not be as easy to get used to as Z30 or Z10. But the specs make it worth the upgrade.

I also upgraded directly from a Z10 to a Passport.

    I couldn't be happier.

Z10s to z30, and then passport. Don't put your passport in your pants pocket, keys get pressed and might compromise your keyboard. I put it either in a holster or suit jacket pocket, never in tight pockets.

I am only 5'6" and not a very big person...it fits in my hand and my pants. I just wish it was all touch...personal preference.

It also fits snugly in a shirt pocket (without protruding), even using a Seidio case. Portability and size are no problem with the Passport.

It fits in top shirt pockets (if you have one), jacket and most pants and jeans. Yes it does not problems, BUT you can't sit with it in your back pocket. With a Z10 or Z30 you can...but no regrets :-))
