My new SE doesn't detect any bluetooth devices. Earpiece, soundbar, speaker. AT&T passport had no problems doing so. Any suggestions?

    Model is 100-4. Thanks.

I'd use BBVE to test the Bluetooth.

Might do a wipe and test again just to make sure. But it's possible you just have a bad Passport.

    Failed VE test.
But I haven't taken it in yet to get activated. Doing that tomorrow. I like to get on WiFi and set everything up such as apps, emails, and passwords before I switch over. However, I've used my other BlackBerry phones on Bluetooth when they weren't activated with no problem.

I have a similar problem. Mine connect but randomly disconnects, or won't answer calls, very annoying. I stopped using it cause it was impossible to not miss 5-10 calls a day.

I though about doing a wipe. Let me know what works for you if you get it figured out.

What is this BBVE? How can I test the bluetooth?

I got it on Amazon Prime so I sent it back and got refund. Ordered one from Shop BlackBerry. Waiting for it to come in.
