It charges tax about 10%, let it not a deal at all. But the seller didn't mention this tax charge in its description. Once I asked for cancellation because of tax charge, the seller refused cancellation;and forced me to pay it by requesting eBay interference into the case. It's unbelievable for an dishonesty seller to do this indecency. Of course, I didn't pay it, but received an eBay nonpayment record.

I would be extremely interested in seeing how these phones are operating so far, I'm in the market for a Passport and this seems almost too good to be true. I've bought many things off ebay so i'm not too concerned but more curious than anything.

It works well, sometimes I have to turn bluetooth off then on to get it to sync, wife has same issue with her iphone

I ordered one from this seller too; he's maaaaaad shady. I made the purchase almost two weeks ago, he immediately made a shipping label the day after my payment (shipping is via Priority Mail btw) so I figured I'd get it in 2-3 days, 3 days go by and no update, then a week... I messaged repeatedly and he said "wait another day or two" until after a week went by.

I later realized that he probably didn't have them, he sells about 10 a day (I've been watching for over a week before buying). But he made the label immediately so eBay doesn't mark off points for late shipping or not having the item. But he plays on the "estimated arrival date" which is about two weeks from purchase.

He RANDOMLY then replies me yesterday "you'll get it by the estimated date" and a UPS tracking, was due yesterday, phone still hasn't been delivered.

After a week went by with no update I purchased through blackberry (hear DR nightmares too, but was a minor delay) and got my red PP already.

I'm not sure if he sent the real phone later or not, but a horrible experience. Sure enough, he has stopped responding again. I plan to file an eBay dispute. Only issue is now that my $425 (after shipping) is tied up for almost a month before I get it back.

Ps: before purchase I asked about them, what condition SPECIFICALLY. He said they're open box/returns with minor ware.
