Don't be upset until next autoboot happens.
You can use Autoloader the process is simple but loss of data is something which you have to ready for.

There's really nothing much you can do now. I'd watch over it for the next few days to see if it acts up again or if other problems pop up.

Your only course of action is to overwrite this OS with a newer version, 2708 or 2726. You'd do this with an autoloader if Bell does not push them out.

Honestly, I don't know why carriers push out these older os versions with problems reported by many users. Inspite of almost daily reminder to update since the end of Feb, my wife's Passport is still on the original 10.3.0 until I find the time to update to 10.3.1.2726 via an autoloader. The jump from 10.3.0 to 10.3.1 isn't that big of a deal.

Turn the auto update off so it will only search for an update when you choose to

Incidentally, SW 10.3.1865 is 10.3.1.2708, which itself is 10.3.1.2576 but with one tiny radio fix that only applies in some parts of Canada.

Can you tell me what the radio fix was? Because I lost my LTE where I used to have it, it's now H+ and it's spotty as well

Apparently, calling the Ontario Provincial Police with *677 now works more often in 2708 than in prior releases. That's it.
