    Cloudvert it's going to use a lot of data for video, it's great for smaller files.
    Video shrinker is better

    I use FFMPEG video converter (android app). Got it from SNAP. Works a treat.

    Oh yes Cloudvert would just change the file type, not the size I think. Go with video shrinker.
