    I can't get VVM to work on TMo USA, can someone who has been able to get it to work be kind enough to walk me through the steps necessary to get it to work?

    I would dial 611.
    They are pretty good about assisting with things like that.
    And they don't mind people using third party phones.

    I'd say 611 as well. I dropped my sim into my passport and it instantly added my vvm messages. I didn't even do anything special. =/
