    If you can't hard reset or reload the OS, it's definitely a hardware defect, in which case, return it. BlackBerry will replace it quickly.
    Yes definitely want to return it and get a new one quickly. Digital River won't take it back so gotta go through Blackberry. Can't find anything on their website for customer service. Any help anyone?

    I would think you should call digital river and ask them how to return the device, I quite sure you have to start a ticket with them, which is similar to a repair order. Someone out there might want to verify that, I would at least give them a call to start the process.
