Hi all,

So a close friend of mine is having an issue and we are trying to figure out if the issue is on my BlackBerry end or his Samsung end.

Everytime I call his number lately it rings once, goes to voicemail. He doesn't have me blocked or anything on his Samsung S7.

He's also tried calling me and sometimes it goes through and sometimes it doesn't and goes straight to voicemail.

Does anybody have any suggestions? Due to our friendship we do contact each other multiple times a week. We are on different networks and we have never had any issues before.
