If I was Google, I would buy blackberry. Have a consumer android (again with bb security) and a business android with phones made by Blackberry. I'm so bored of all these phones trying to look like the iphone, that's why I love Blackberry as they're not afraid in this market to produce different styled products.

Too funny. Google has no need to buy blackberry!

Okay. So, I have had the Passport up and running for less than 24 hours. I am a total believer in it now for one simple reason: the wide screen and the hub. The hub is just awesome on this thing!

With the extra width I do not even need to open many of the messages to respond. Just killer for those short bursts of time when the messages are flying in.

The cons: no alt button. Is just a little thing, but I write lot of numbers in my emails, texts and bbms. This process is a little slower. I also miss the comma placement.

why everybody say android is not secure? maybe it less secure compare to blackberry but what about blackphone? it's based on android with no google crap.
so if blackberry switch to android, my imagination will be android aosp with blackberry tweak and amazon app store.
and with minimum 2 gb of ram (except z3) that all blackberry had i think it will be ok to run android. because not all android software used quadcore or even hexacore proccessor but they certainly use a lot of ram.

just my mubling not even worth for 2cents
