    After updating my passport to 10.3.1 last week .. it started to be very hot whenever i charge it or using the data .. and i need to put it on the Airplane mode to cool it down
    has anyone had that problem or just me ?

    The phone does run hot at times maybe it's just adjusting to the update

    I have noticed cpu system spikes. Look at the device monitor and see if your system cpu usage is up

    I usually have to restart

    Also, check the battery usage over 12-24 hours and see what is using all the battery. I was having this problem, but it was being caused by the way I was using the phone. I always left my browser running with a large number of open tabs.
