I need your help guys, I had my Passport for at least 3 months with AT&T sim card, the last few weeks I have been getting disconnected in my own house, which the first few months did not do that.
Would this be a sim card issue or phone?

    Please help.
    Thank you

Maybe neither. I had the exact same problem in my office and it was only here. It's pretty much been narrowed down to a nearby tower which they keep saying was fixed but to their credit, they continue to work on it. I haven't had the problem in about 10 days so maybe they finally got it fixed. If it's just in that one location, look for the tower to be the issue.

I would suggest a new sim. Easy and free from your carrier. Try it, cannot hurt

Try the Sims replacement first. If it doesn't work then call AT&T customer service and keep reporting the dropped calls or ask them for the app which let's you report dropped calls.

It's important that they are informed of problem areas. You are paying for coverage after all.
