    After a bbm update prompt, mail program would not work and contacts were gone. Tried restarting and phone has been stuck on the finalizing device setup screen since. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hold down the button (on top) for as long as it takes till you get the red light and it'll complete setup!
