My passport does not load my emails complete automatically but I have to click in the mail to download the complete mail.
I have a Z10 and a Z30 besides my passport and the settings are the same the z10 and z30 do not have this issue.
Does anyone recognize this problem, what I am doing wrong or is it the os 10.3.1.1565 that gives this problem only on my Passport?

Look in the hub under settings. It needs to be changed there

When you wrote that you have to click in the mail to download the rest of the e-mail, did you mean you had to tap the "Click to Download More" (or similar wording)? If so, check your e-mail account settings as there are options to download only the headers, only a certain size, or entire messages.

Yes I have to click 'download more' , but the settings are on 'the entire messages', so I do not know what is wrong.

Like I said I have also a Z10 and Z30 and the settings are the same on those two as on the Passport and only the Passport gives this problem.

Try to delete and re add your email account, make sure you have full messages selected under cellular data control.

If you didn't find it yet there is a setting in the hub under Display and Actions called Download Images Automatically. It's off by default.

I have 1 or 2 contacts whose emails load very slowly. When I open their emails I immediately get send and subject information. But I have to wait ad much as a minute for the body of the email.

Had same problem after the upgrade, go to BlackBerry Hub settings, go and edit each of your mail accounts at the section ''cellular data control '' and edit to full message , same for the roaming, if you wish so of course.

Today suddenly the problem seemed solved out of the blue, strange I can't explain it.
