    Plug into a computer and restore from there. In future delete all your apps manually and remove all your accounts before the security wipe and you will not have this issue.

    you can reload the software using an autoloader or bb link
    from bb link click reload and hold the power button on the phone for 10 seconds
    from autoloader double click and hold the power button for 10 seconds
