You waited 3 months with this issue and now you're in a hurry?

If it has been an issue from day one, then it could be a hardware issues.

Using Device Manager should show what might be using CPU or Battery the most. Deleting apps or accounts can sometimes help.

Best solution might be to simply reload the os... and start over. Test the phone without any apps or any accounts. If all is good, slowly add these and see if the problem develops again.

If the problem remains after reloading the most current OS... probable have a bad phone. Return it if under warranty. If not under warranty, you could consider checking connections to the batter and the board, and possible replacing the battery....

In link click on preferences(I think) at top right then you will see option to do an OS reload. Make sure you do a backup first. Also make sure you have room on your computer for the file.

Thanks bro,but I read somewhere that when reloading the OS that the process gets stock on 99% for days and therefore they had to abort the process. I can't quite remember how they bypassed that process to eventually reloading the OS.

Kindly help with precision on how to do this without any hitches. Thanks

It's only when a security wipe is done that it gets stock. You are just loaded the OS. Either why you waited to long to fix this issue.

Dear brother, you should first learn how to load the OS to PP by Sachesi and load 02 attached files in current OS, it will resolve your problem. The problem is the platform of android run-time in latest BB OS has problem, the 02 files will replace them and your battery will be longer much. I had the same problem and fixed now. Here your links:

I tested the links, BlackBerry has removed items from server, I will try to upload files to some host and send you later, or you could try to download debrick OS and have these files.

Reload the Os using the BlackBerry Link software using ur PC. Attach ur phone to ur pc with the usb cable, open BB link and in the software there is a option to reload the Os to its factory settings. This is the safest option to do. I have done it once, and it worked for me.
