It can take a long time, but might be stuck. do a hard reset by holding the volume up and down in together until you see the BB logo, it will start the process of wiping over and hopefully finish for you.

Some have had this happen.... sometimes it will finishes if you do a hard reset, sometimes it's just best to give up and reload the OS with an Autoloader.

OK, not a Passport, but I got to 99% on my Q10 wipe after a week! TWICE!

Finally, I simply unplugged, got the error message, and loaded the OS via a computer and BlackBerry Link.

NOTE, I understand that terminating the wipe too early can be bad, real bad. Please research that danger on CrackBerry Forums first.

    Good luck.

    This is True.

Whenever I feel the need to wipe my phone I follow the procedure below.

    Turn Off All Radios
    Backup using Link
Backup using other tools to SD Card
    Remove SD Card
    Use Target Autoloader
    Login
    Turn Off All Radios
    Wipe
    Use Target Autoloader Again
    Recover Data

Using the above procedure I've never had a Wipe get stuck. Been using BB10 devices since the Z10 was released.

Shut the phone off. Connect tp PC . Use BlackBerry link software. Turn on phone and reload the software using the BB link softw.

I tried a restart once, relaunching the wipe and did in less than 15 minutes

    +1

Had same issue when performing a security wipe on a Passport Silver Edition, tried multiple attempts - restarting the phone, using the volume keys.

In the end, the solution was to connect phone to PC and link to BlackBerry Link - this resolved the issue within 5 minutes.
