i didn't remember the password and try many times and now my Black Berry Passport is locked and don't turn on , appear this message:
www.bberror.com/bb10-0015 .

I saved the dates on SD Card, but it' s impossible to open it on my pc (like Photo, video,....)

How can i do?

1) You will need to reload the OS using an Autoloader.
2) You will need to remember your BBID password or reset it from the online BBID portal. You will need access to the email used to setup the BBID. Or your phone is a brick.
3) If the data was encrypted on your SD Card... it's gone, unless you have backed it up otherwise. If it wasn't encrypted, you should be able to see all the file using a PC.
