I selected full back up, but there's no folder in back up folder just videos. Do you know where my photos are on the laptop?

I don't think the backup includes the SD card. If your photos are on a SD card, they were probably not backed up.

A bit more info please - what are you using to back up your files, BBLink, or a backup app on your phone? Please outline the steps you took, so someone can see if you missed anything. Also which OS version do you have?
    Thanks!

Link doesn't work when mass storage is on. What you're looking at there are compressed link backup files. If you want to transfer to a pc, stay in mass mode and just copy and paste them to where you want them.

Hi yes i know, i was talking about the photos on device. I still don't see them on my computer after back up. It would take me forever to copy and paste individually as i have over 8 thousand photos lol.
I finally managed to transfer the sd card photos which i'm relieved about but these on the device are a pain in the backside. I have no idea why they're not on the back up!

You can you use your phone as a network device. And transfer them. Instead of typing it all again.

I use mine as a network device. You can't get to everything on the internal storage but you can some.

Device connections, allow connections. In storage and access, access using WiFi. Make a password.

When you go to Network on your PC double click your phone. Put in BlackBerry as user name and whatever password you made.
