    Hi folks,
The missus tried grabbing a song from amazon on her passport. It wouldn't download. Her music library on her passport is wma. Amazon use mp3. Any suggestions where I can grab music online from. ( legally). BlackBerry world does not have anything. Thanks

The Passport supports mp3. Whatever the issue is, the problem isn't its capability to support audio formats.

You said it woudn't download. Not it refused to play the file.

See if the download folder is read/write and not some system folder, if the SD is set right, all the stuff that could mess up a download.

Also, consider using the browser. While some apps fail to work properly, the browser usually works fine (and vice versa really).

I had problems also with the amazon download app.
Use app on tablet or download on Pc and copy to BlackBerry.
Needs to be resolved as amazon are BlackBerry partner. Other download sites work.
