    Not sure where this should go, so if it needs to be moved, please let me know where it should be moved to!

    My work has almost hastily decided to move to Office 365 from their own Exchange 2010 server. I tried to update the HUB account and changed the "server address" from our local mail server to the recommended "outlook[dot]office365[dot]com". But I get an error message as seen in the attached photo...

    With that said, do I need to delete the entire account from my Passport/HUB and then re-add the mailbox with the updated info, or is there something else I'm missing?

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    You'll probable need to delete the account and start all over...

    I know of a few smaller companies that have moved to hosted email.... just can't beat the "price". And for most security isn't really THE issue.

    Office 365 works for me just fine. I would guess you'd have to delete and put in again. I think the only potential weird thing on mine is the "username" and "email address" are both my email address.

    My company made the same migration in July. I did have to delete my work account and re-add it. IT sent our new server settings for mobile devices. The nice thing about BB10 is that it uses the same server settings and instructions as Android and iOS devices for active sync.

    Thanks guys!

    I was afraid that was going to be the situation. I'll have to wait till I'm back in the office to flag some emails that I need to have on my device. I've already lost a few since resetting my outlook settings on my desktop to pull from office 365.
