Moleskine Pocket Notebooks = Passport Case
Last Year there was a crazy sale on Moleskine Notebooks so I stocked up. I recently reached the EOL with my 2013-2014 Planner and I had it on my desk and realised it was the exact width of the passport. So... I ripped out all the pages and trimmed about an inch from the top ( I may have got a bit excited and shave a hair too much. I also had to pull the journal strap down a bit to make it snug. Once I did that it fits pretty well, just need to find an adhesive for the back.
*keep in mind this is a Planner and not the Pocket Notebooks, I have those and they would be a BETTER fit because the leather is about about 5-8mm wider due to the extra pages. It may look like the passport is too tall in one of the pictures, but it was just because it slid down due to no adhesive (although I probably did cut a bit too much from the top too)
TAKE A LOOK!

If you have a Pocket sized Notebook that you don't need anymore let me know how it works. Also, you can buy the Large softcover Notebooks for under 20 and it should be enough leather to double up, stitch together and make a decent case. Plus you get a lot of high quality paper for notes.
Let me know what you think. I probably won't have use this everyday, it was more of an experiment than anything else.
