MMS Issue
I am going to call this an issue cause I have not been able to solve this on my own and really impacts my day to day BlackBerry usage.
I am updated to the latest OS on my Factory Unlocked Passport.
When someone texts me an image, MMS, I get a message instead that says something along the lines of
"You have a message queued for download, click to download it" with a button underneath that says "Download Now"
When I press it, the message changed to "Message queued for download" and nothing ever happens. I don't get the picture, ever.
Any suggestions?

Who's your carrier and what's your plans data?

Which country and carrier please? Like T-Mobile Germany has been blocking all MMS messages for a few weeks now.

Check that message auto retrieval is turned on.
Also make sure that the mms settings on your phone match what your provider provides.
Pull out the sim and reinsert without restarting.
Then pull it out. Restart. Turn it off. Pop sim in and restart again.
Hopefully at some point there it will download the right settings. Make sure that mobile data is also turned on.

I am with Rogers.
Auto retrieval is on, as is mobile data. I also definitely have a plan that includes MMS.
Ill try the SIM thing too, its just an odd scenario since I need to get a pic to know if its working or not lol

This is a carrier issue, not a BlackBerry issue. Call your carrier and have them fix it.

I had this problem. The sole solution is to call your carrier and tell them to "reset my mms". You send yourself a picture. Turn off your cell entirely then turn it back on. Don't "restart". Send yourself another pic and volia.....it works.
I am with Rogers.
