    Not too sure if it's worth the trouble of taking off the strip and stick it back using some kind of adhesive/double sided tape..

    Are the strips there for a reason or is it just cosmetic?

    Any useful help/advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

    Those are antennas actually. If its bad have the phone replaced since it essential to operation
