I've been reading some interesting stuff about the BlackBerry Passport and I see that many enthusiasts are excited for this new device.

The specs are great and the innovative keyboard is nothing like anything we have seen before.

My question is: Will this device be able to win back customers or is it a device to keep existing BlackBerry users from leaving? Is it a device focused on persuading enterprise to stick with BES or get new BES customers?

Do you guys see or hear people who aren't on a blackberry now talking about it? Or even old aficionados who think about coming back because of this device?

What's the exact strategy here and how will it contribute to BlackBerry's earnings?

I hope you guys can give me some insight.

The passport is targeted for enterprise users and medical workers.
The classic is targeted for legacy BBOS users

BlackBerry stated that they arent focusing on the Consumer market (their biggest mistake in my opinion, and thats where Microsoft is aiming and succeeding) for now
