Love Q30/Windermere, It's old School BlackBerry!
I see a lot of people complaining about the form factor of the Q30 / Windermere but personally I find that it's an absolutely great nod of the blackberry from the past, the 6000 and the 7000 series. I had the 6710 as my first blackberry phone ( rim 957 as my first rim product ) and although a lot of people looked at it weird when everybody were rocking the moto RAZR. The battery life on that thing was insane, the screen size could permit me to do a lot of stuff like reading comfortably reading and typing email and texts. But the form was instantly recognizable, you couldn't mistake that thing for a Treo or a Nokia or those weird looking Sony Ericsson kinda smartphones.I have a Z10 and the first question that pops in usually is '' Is it an iPhone ? '' And I have to be all Kevin Hart on them like '' ***** this thing is a blackbery, don't you see the logo ? Stay in your lane !! '' The iPhone mastered that element where everything rectangularish with rounded corners looks and is somehow based from that iPhone, the Note did the same for the phablet world ... Isn't time blackberry comes up with its own ?!? Who cares if doesn't fit in a back pocket, that thing is made to be kept at hand at all times, this is a tool to be connected and before judging how ugly this thing is or how poorly the sales will be, I'm gonna wait and see it and frankly look forward to it, from all the specs, it looks like this thing will be a step ahead in term of performance than what we're use to see around. Can't wait to see how it fits in my hand and how it doesn't fit in my back pocket !! #teamblackberry
