    Hi all.

    My bb passport is running 10.3.1.1779 . I have switched ON under the notification setting LOCK SCREEN NOTIFICATIONS but when screen locked nothing being shown like unread mails,text mags etc as well as calendar notes.
    Please advice!!

    Let's say 2 weeks ago I checked blackberry protect app as I received my passport few days before that. Any suggestions??

    Thank you.
    First set a password for your device and then lock it. When you unlock it again your notifications will be there.

    After you finish these steps, you can remove phone password.
