My BlackBerry Linkedin app keeps on shutting down each time I try to launch it.

I did a restart, a hard restart and deleted the app and downloaded it again but still have the same problem.
I'm having the same problem on OS with the native app closing immediately after launch.

Reluctantly going to try the Android version.

Does anyone know how to send an invitation to connect for someone you search for. I just don't see the connect option... does it even exist? I can send connection requests for my contacts and people I may know, but not for search!!!

I think this is the earliest the op is having happens eventually no matter how many times I delete and reinstall.

Yup. Same here. As much as it makes sense to just install the Android app, I need that hub integration. I do get messages quite a bit.

Well I was able to fix it with a reinstall. The only thing that is not working great is the messages in the hub don't update right away. I wind up responding from the app after I receive the email notification. The Hub control was supposed to be a huge advantage.
