Is it AT&T model or Shop Blackberry/factory unlocked model?
Anyway, I see he is located in Canada, so it must be the unlocked model.

Not necessary...I'm Canadian and my BlackBerry is on contract.

Yes, but there are only two Passport's. Regardless of contract/etc.. Having a contract does not impact the physical features of the phone.

Can someone just answer the persons question? ^^^^ thanks. It's beneficial to learn of different reasons for screen lift and how to avoid if possible. Stick to the topic! And yes the model will/should since the at&t and unlocked version are physically different.

Would it be possible for you to take a picture and post it for the forum to see?

I have heard a few people have this issue but it might be helpful to see an actual photo.

If its still under warranty then this would be a claim in my opinion.

    All the best

There was supposedly a batch of devices that went out which were prone to this occurring, what is the production date of your device? You can find this on the side of the box your phone came in and should be six digits long (I believe it's formatted as date, month, year so November 12 2014 would be shown as 111214).

Regardless, I would recommend contacting your service provider if your device is on contract and see about obtaining warranty service or replacement depending on that the options are.

I think it just needs to be glued back. Phone adhesive? Snap the photo using my classic. Bought a classic so I can send my passport to the repair shop

Sorry to sidetrack your thread OP, but can anyone tell me if this occurs of you have a case on from day one? I'm assuming this is a result of the chassis bending.

Although my PP doesn't have this issue, is there a batch and date to which this issue is happening? I put my PP straight into a case from the box.!!

I read the forums and this is something that appears constantly with people that have had this issue, including myself for which I had to get an exchange. I won't be surprised if it happens again as it seems to be a manufacturing issue with the type of glue that is used to adhere the screen to the device.
