I may have accidentally Deleted all Predictive Learned Words, by accident, but I can not be sure.

I can confirm, however, that the Passport has stopped picking up any of my new words (Medical Work Related)

Has anyone else noticed this ? What was resolution ?

    Go to
    Settings
    Language and input
Scroll to and select predictions and corrections
And in there you will see lots of settings to turn on and off.

Thanks Shawn! Apologies for not being clearer. I DID go to the setting, as follows:
    - Language & Input Settings
    - Prediction and Correction
    - Ensured "Learned New Words: is Enabled

Still nothing. Not only are all of my previous Medical Job Related Terms no longer appearing as a predictive option that I can swipe up to attain on keyboard, the OS is not picking up on any of my new words as it once did.

Because of this, I have ordered another Passport.

Do not wipe your phone yet.

Try doing volume up and down buttons at the same time until the phone starts to shut off. Than let up from the buttons. And the phone will power cycle, or restart.
