Any Q10 SQN100-1 owners try this? Wondering if it worked for you.

I have a SQN100-2. Downloaded the file, deleted the radio and core OS and installed the 68 app files over the 10.3.1.2267. Works well but I cannot find any difference between. 2267 and this.

Same experience with a SQN100-3 here. Works well aside from notification volume which remained low.

Do you experience an improvement in the quality of the display ? It seems brighter and clearer on my Q10.
Maybe this is what battery consumption is higher.

It's difficult to be 100% certain but it certainly seems brighter. I have the brightness control set at about 10% and find it more than adequate.

No complaints about battery performance either. Admittedly not heavy use on a Sunday but still, with 7 IMAP email accounts, wifi, Bluetooth all running I'm very happy.



I hope that the notification volume can be fixed sometime soon, it's highly inconvenient as it is. I can hear my wife's iphone 4 ringing in the house when I'm outside in the garden yet I can't hear my Q10 ringing in my own coat pocket.

The screen shot is from a Q10 SQN100-3 with 2267/2268 plus the passport bars. Posted on CB using a Z30 STA100-2 with 2267/2268 and no passport bars.

I only tried the passport bars on the Q to try and fix the notification volume issue, an act of desperation really. The Z works well as is.

I use them both at the same time on different carriers. The Z gets used more for web browsing due to the bigger screen.

Haha right, I didn't notice the square form of the picture.
I think BlackBerry will release a fix for the low volume notifications in the next few days/weeks. They're aware of it, and this is the major issue since the update.
By the way, I had higher volume of my notifications when I was on 2267 with Passport bars, surprising ! ; on 2243, i'm back with low volume. Since the Passport bars didn't improve the volume of your notifications, it seems to be a totally random issue. Time will tell.

I actually find WIFI to be better but not yet 100% fixed. My WIFI still drops intermittently.

There is also no fix made on the low notification issue.

But flickering seems to be fixed.

This leak works very well...but i realized just now that i cant read usb memory with my OTG cable.
It works fine with OS 10.3.0, anyone has this problem?

I just got an OTG cable, ordered through Amazon, direct from China--took over a month, but at $1.78 including postage, can't complain.

Anyway, my old Microsoft USB mouse works and gives a moving and clickable (left and right click) cursor! But as has been mentioned here before, apparently on 2267 and 2480 you can't both use the USB and charge at the same time. I rebooted the Passport and it then charged through the OTG cable when connected to the computer, but wouldn't show the cursor, and when I reattached the mouse again it wouldn't charge.

I don't have it set to read USB, so I don't know about that.

looking for step by step dummy proof instructions on how to load this. im running 10.3.0.908 on telus. lately its been unstable although usable, its not as fast as day one. My phone is a daily driver for work, so it needs to work. i cant have any data loss or need to reconfigure anything. im hoping for a better android run time so that ring central runs properly. also tap to pay with cibc and tim hortons is intermittent.

You should go to 2267 by auto loader first then install these via sachesi, just make sure you a back up.

Has your provider pushed out an update? I guess not. Are you familiar with the "leaks/betaOS section? That's where all the action is. Lol. The stickies in the leaks section have step by step instructions on how to use Sachesi to load OSes non-destructively. Meaning you will lose no data (exactly like OTA) There are also instructions on how to load an autoloader, which is a destructive way to load an OS. It will wipe your phone and load the OS as when you took it out of the box(my preferred way! So much better results). Read up on some of those threads and familiarize yourself before jumping into anything.

And just for reference sake, try to use the OS number instead of the Software Release number(908)

In settings/about and category drop down, select OS. You'll see the OS which is what we usually refer to most of the time.

I've a BlackBerry Z10 and i've installed every bar but those two o mentioned
