No. Its not official update yet. Its a leak OS for BlackBerry Passport flickering fix.

This is an enterprise device...cant use Sachesi

Is there anyway to get a patch on this device?

I really want to fix my voice fade issue....getting impatient for Bell to release the update.

You're absolutely right! Q10 brightness is set to Zero. While on Passport, 50. There's something awesome on these 2480 apps!

The only thing you can do is install the bar files, so its still the os your on just newer apps, Dl the file, unzip or whatever, delete the os and radio from the folder, drag and drop into sachesi

Good to hear, I'll be patiently awaiting the official release. BTW my passport flickered about 30 minutes ago and just stopped misbehaving. This was the second time and it RARELY occurs

Only had the Flicker occur once, but I've only had the PP for 36 hours. Didn't know it existed but a search here followed by a reboot was the band-aid.

Loaded 2480 about 2 hours ago, everything is working, hoping to never see Flicker again.

Seems like some still report flickering with this build. I'm a few days in without flickering so far.

What I've noticed with this build is the exceptional radio:

- Holds onto signal longer in low reception areas
- Picks up signal much quicker after dropping signal in areas like tunnels on my train ride commute

Makes me feel like recent leaks didn't take advantage of Paratek features?

Memory management seems better too. Despite heavy use, overall free memory remains after a few days with no reboots. On previous leaks memory consumption would eventually require a reboot to reclaim free memory...
