    The keyboard touch function of my passport are not well, the following buttons are not responding: EDC,TYGH and and the Space, is it normal? Or there's some hardware issue with my keyboard,thanks!

    Download BlackBerry Virtual Expert and test it there. I had the same problem and had to return it. It seems it is a hardware problem. Good luck man!
