I purchased a used AT&T Passport and everything looked good and the phone easily updated to 10.3.2. The only issue I have is that in a dimly lit room the keyboard does not always light up or fluctuates from being lit to going dark. This happens about 50 percent of the time. Is this a software or hardware issue? Should I return the phone?

AT&T 10.3.2 official update. 10.3.2.680 on a Passport sqw100-3

There were other reports in a leaked os too. Try the latest leak perhaps. It's a sw issue.

Btw 2204 has some display issue. But if you decide to load a leak, try the one in this link

Did this happen before you loaded 10.3.2.680?

Not sure. New Passport and I did the update on Day 1. Noticed the bug about a week ago. Sometimes if I lock the device and unlock it using the U on the keyboard it returns to normal. Very odd.
