Recently my passport keyboard has swapped some of the letters around such that: q=a, z=w, a=q, w=z.

It happened a month or so ago but a hard reset fixed it. This time, no joy with multiple resets. Next step is to reinstall OS but I would prefer not to have to.

Anyone else experienced this? - any known fixes?

It's not annoying me too much since the "a" is the only one in regular use. It did happen to be ok in one text entry field on a website recently so likely a software glitch.

Passport is a Telus, Mexico 6.

I think some other languages uses that keyboard layout... maybe check your languages and keyboard settings?

Is AZERTY the layout used in French speaking countries?

Fixed. I'd previously looked at the language settings and they seemed fine. I now just chose another, then went back. There seems to be both QWERTY and AZERTY keyboard settings for same language set of English UK/English US/French.

If you long press on comma, you can change keyboard layout. Must have done that by mistake at some point.

Guess it depends on whether it is available but I do know you can change the language and also choose the keyboards
