    Hi All,

    I reinstalled the OS using an autoloader, when i tried to complete the setup I noticed that the physical keyboard was not working. I even used BB link to reload the OS by the keyboard was not responding.

    This issue was not there in the previous OS.

    Please help!

    What autoloader did you use?
    I'm assuming this is on a Passport?

    You may have a bad download, download the file again and re-flash.

    Hi I did try the OS unfortunately the same issue...

    The touch sensitive portion is working not sure why the heard keyboard is not...

    Please help

    Did you try the link from post#4? Did you download it again? Did you try another USB port and cable?

    If you haven't done so already, give your device a hard reset. Press and hold down the power key for 12 seconds. Set it aside for 10 minutes and check it again.

    Oh Okay... But if something was broken then even the touch sensitivity should not work.. am i correct.

    There is more than one wire/pin in the keyboard.

    Just a coincidence. Thousands of people have downloaded and installed that OS and no problems with keyboards. You must have a hardware problem and may have to try a new keyboard or check to see if there is a loose/damaged cable.

    Maybe download an older version of the OS. The one that was on the device prior to trying to update
