    Now that we have the 3.1, by holding on C will allow us to go into the hub then compose mode, was wondering if we can remap the keybinds/shortcut to our respective accounts. I.e. H for Hotmail and G for Gmail etc

    That would be cool but they haven't added key remapping yet that I've seen

    Yes you can!

    Just go to Shortcuts and Speed Dial > choose a letter you want to assign an email to > Assign a shortcut > Quick Compose shortcut > under Account, choose what account to assign especially if you have multiple email addresses.
