I am most interested if the PKB experience is more like Passport, or more like Priv the former preferable. Also I would look for any complaints of lag, heating, or other software foibles. - would also look for build issues like screen lift, creaking, fingerprint misery, or other... this is TCLs time to prove market worthiness...

I switched from Passport to K1 three days ago and so far so good. My Passport was having cellular signal reception issues and was becoming useless as a phone. Although I liked BB10 very much, the Android has come a long way. Still getting used to the smaller keyboard, and looking for a good file manager though.

If you're happy with your Passport & you can get the apps you need to work, I wouldn't rush to the Keyone especially if you aren't able to handle it & try it out before buying. It is a fine device but coming from the Passport, bear in mind the screen is a lot smaller. Also if you can wait, any snags are likely to be ironed out & the price may come down a bit.
Many of those unhappy with the Priv were early adopters who paid top dollar (or pounds) & also experienced build quality issues, which largely seemed to be eradicated over time.

I made the switch. Got my K1 Friday but sent it back because about six keys weren't working. So based on my limited experience, I prefer the form factor of the passport.

I switched because my camera and headphone jack stopped working after about 2 1/2 years.

Just saw the KeyOne in person for the first time!

    It's amazing.
    Feels and looks great...

Might take time to adapt to android...

The keyboard felt great (obviously will take a bit of time to adapt to... but it's amazing)

Eventually will have to shift due to less and less OS support but am now hesitant about KeyOne with the screen pop up issues coming up. Honestly am sad since I think my BB SE has the best build quality ever seen on a phone. It's as solid as a rollroyce tank. ie..tough and with class.
So I ain't moving as soon as I thought I would.
