    "Account info needed" message keeps popping up in my hub, once opened it says "You need to update your account password for Messenger." there are three of them that say this one for Messenger one for Face10 and one for WhatsApp (which I don't even have on my phone not to mention I have never ever downloaded nor used) I have a Passport SE.

    Search in BlackBerry World for "Accounts Cleaner". You should be able to delete the accounts that you don't want to pop up.

    I want to keep Face10 and Messenger but keep getting these messages in the hub as for WhatsApp I can't delete what I don't have.

    Download the app, delete the accounts shown in Accounts Cleaner and sign back in to the apps that you use. Just have a attempt at it.

    Press Okay to dismiss the warning. View each account by tapping on one of them, then you can delete it. Alternatively you could long press on a account and delete.

    Accounts cleaner is your only solution, unless you want to wipe it.

    Hi Guys,

    I am having the same issue. "Account info needed" but when i open it, it was saying "There is a problem opening your account". (Whatsup, Face10, Gmail) are the affected accounts. Please help.

    Yep, not sure why it does this but I've had it happen before and, sure enough, happened last time I had to restore as well. It doesn't happen if I update my OS, just with destructive updates and a restore from a backup. There must be something in the backup file triggering it.
