You can use Uber right from their website. There is a bit of a setup but you get it setup once and then it works flawlessly.
Here is a link how to do it, it took me 10 minutes to complete the steps but then you need to wait for an email that can take 1 or 2 days.

    Good luck!

That's the best news I heard in a while for the Passport. I hope it stays this way.

Blackberry Passport, Original. Wind Mobile, Toronto.

I have been using Uber on my PP for about 7 months. Works perfectly. All my friend use Uber now because of me showing them how it works on my amazing BlackBerry.

Cobalt's Google Play Services allows you to use the official Uber apk.

    Just needs to be patched.

The Uber version I got directly via SNAP works perfectly. Have it on Passport SE and Q10.
The Lyft app is another story - I've never gotten it working properly.

There are already patched versions of these apps if you search the forum. I have uber and lyft working. You do need cobalts play services installed as mentioned earlier.

I've Cobalts services up and running but Lyft still won't fire up. To be fair I've spent next to zero time investigating (and won't - I dont' really need it)
