I had the update to 10.3.3.2137 earlier this week. Haven't noticed any changes as of yet. All I do know is that the n button on my keyboard has been playing up something chronic for the last couple of months.

There are no changes. Just the KRACK fix finally being pushed out a year late.

I was wondering why blackberry would still send me an update? Is this extended? I have multiple bb10 devices factory unlocked without sim card in it. Any idea?

I have also just received the update. Unfortunately, I am now unable to use the camera, flashlight, etc.

Just got my update to 10.3.3.2137 today, very surprised I thought they were done. Also I haven't had a sim card in my passport for over a year when it lost ability to pick up any signal (same as my previous one at 18mths) except wifi.
Still use it as a mini tablet at home, moved to Sony xperia as my main phone. Like it but runs charge down quick and takes an age to charge even on new Sony cable.

    Swiped on my Passport!

I've been reading a lot of updates like this. But here in Dubai, I don't think we are getting it any time soon. Or is there anyone here from the Middle East who actually got an update? Thanks

What OS are you on now?

The last BB10 OS build ever to be released by BlackBerry was 1.5 years ago. The one immediately before that one was over 2 years ago.

My SE is locked from an operator based in Dubai. I'm always checking for the updates. Mine is OS 10.3.2.2836. It's an old OS, if I'm not mistaken. But my SE works perfectly fine. Like the battery is as good as new. Android and native apps are working flawless. I don't understand the need for update. Or should I update it manually? Thanks guyyyyys

I would probably update to the latest (and likely last) OS: 10.3.3.3216. Because hey, why not?

    https://mega.nz/#!1NZ1SQBB!yL_ZV5UFz...1-Opwv7f6JCxhM

Download and unzip to PC, plug in device, run the autoloader.

Your device will be wiped in the process, so backup to the cloud or your SD card.

Mr. Conite, I'm searching how to back up my BlackBerry passport SE. It says to download Device Switch app. But I just wanna ask you, if you don't mind, how to back up. Thanks a lot for the help.

It might cost you a few bucks, but I highly recommend Ultimate Backup.

How does one backup to SD card? I would like to do this myself. Does this program load on the phone itself or a PC? Thanks,

What kind of a helpful answer is that? Download on what, the phone or computer? It's a simple question.

    You're welcome.

It's a popular BB10 app for your device.

Is that the only way to backup onto an SD card on the Passport? Is there a non-paid way to do it? I'll pay for the service unless there is a free service to do the same.
